Founded Kim Clark and David Fink in 1998, Harbor Arts exists as a non-profit organization committed to organizing and disseminating information on social, cultural and political issues of interest to the community. Harbor Arts works in conjunction with performers, artists, writers and musicians sharing a vision of enriching lives through various media and expression. Harbor Arts celebrates the creative spirit!
Harbor Arts Current Programming
Founded in 1998, Harbor Arts primary production is the summer series entitled Music in the Park with free Saturday evening performances in Dewey Cannon Park in Three Oaks, MI. The series opens with the Southshore Concert Band on Flag Day weekend and continues with a different genre of music each week through Labor Day weekend
Three Oaks is one of the few villages in the country with the official position of Village Poet Laureate, and Harbor Arts is proud to sponsor the selection of a new Poet Laureate bi-annually. The latest call went out in 2023. TOM ROSENBLUTH was named Poet Lauteate for 2023-2024 and ELOISE VERDUN was named Young Poet.
